What kind of flow would you guys recommend for a 396 with a comp xe274h (230/236-.552/.555)& 702 heads. I am thinking of keeping mechanical, but I dont know what kind of flow/ pressure I need.

I was looking at the Carter Street pump (120 gph/ 7.5-8psi) or the Summit 110gph/ 6.5-8 psi. Kinda leaning twards the Summit one because of the shiny finish ;)
