I wasn't in the position to buy my first new car until 1999. Unfortunately they stopped the Impala SS in '97 otherwise I would have been there in a heartbeat! These have always been HOT cars to me!

A guy a mile from me (original owner) has an immaculate, bone stock, loaded black '96 with only 27K miles on it. I stopped and read the sign this morning. He's asking $18,900. I know these cars have quite a following, but is he delusional?? :confused:

Damn! That's sweet! I always loved that color too! They also did a black cherry that was super sharp.
