I'm buildin a 470 horse 388" stroker with Speed Pro 2V relief skirt coated hypers, Scat 5.7" I beam rods with 3/8" bolts, and I would like some sort of internally balanced crank. I can't decide between this one: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=33616&item=7949666244&rd=1 Which will take 1,000hp! But is turned .010!? Or this one: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=33616&item=7950710851&rd=1 Which is cast. How much power will the cast one take? The plan is to get a high quality fluid filled dampner to get rid of all the nasty harmonics also. The motor will be daily driven, ran at the track a couple times a year, and abused regularly on the street to 6,000rpm's. Thanks, Scott!

The -4 Scat's are 4340 & are less than $600,, at least they are from me :D
I don't use or sell Eagle's

Also, I will not put any fluid filled damper on anything I build period.
If you think this is mistaken, spend the time to ask any crank manufacturer from Scat at less than $600 to Oliver at $3000 for a recommendation as to what they prefer protecting their crank.
Buy an ATI.

Ok, thanks for the heads up on Eagle and fluid filled dampners. Back to the drawing board...
