It was very sad for me to have to shred my Mets playoff tickets on Sunday. :sad:

Lots of Mets bashing on sports radio around here for the last couple of days. The Mets certainly did collapse, but I have to give the Phillies credit too - they played very well at the end of the season and never gave up.

Ah come on. Glavine has been a great pitcher over his career in fact he is something like the 3rd winningest left hander of all times. Trust me there are not that many hall of fame pitchers who have 100+ more wins than losses.

So he had a bad day. Which for me was just fine (I hate the Mets).

He was 28 and 15 for the mets tha last 2 years. That is not shabby.
