has anyone used U-Tech paint before? its made by akzo nobel. i just got some polyurethane satin black to use as a topcoat over the por 15 im going to use on my frame for a more factory look. i just want to know if i bought junk paint before i put it on. should i have bought PPG instead?

Utech is darn good paint, you can't go wrong with it.The shop I work at we use sikkens and utech,we have never had a comeback problem in the last 7 years of using it.You would be better of to not use the por and use the u-tech epoxy instead. If the frame is sand blasted you can't beat the adhesion and corrosion resistance of the epoxy.

I've used the Utech E375 & E350 epoxy primers with good results. I've also shot the Utech 3.8 single stage urethane with good results as well as their Polybase basecoat and clear coats. I have no complaints about any of them.
