Earlier today I ran into an old buddy of mine. We both had 69 SuperSports back in the day (early 70's).

After talking for a while, he said he still has his 402 motor, Muncie tranny and the front clip. I asked about buying the motor and tranny, but they aren't for sale. He does want to sell the front clip though. It's been in storage since about 1976. I haven't seen the parts, but he said they are in great shape.

I believe it's everything but the hood. Any idea what he can get for these? Anyone local to Pittsburgh, you might be able to get a good deal :yes:

If he could put some pics on Team Chevelle Classified, my guess what is front clip=2 fenders, grille,valances, head / park-lites, that piece behind front bumper and grille, bumper, maybe 900? inner fender wells?
If it is SS front clip?

John, I know for sure it is an SS clip, but as far as what's all there, I'm not sure. I'm thinking it's everything you've mentioned. I'm going to try to meet up with him next week, and if I do, I'll try to get some photos. Probably post it locally on Craigslist.

As far as I know, they are rust free from what he told me. Been in his basement for about 30 years (well, went from a garage to a basement, but never stored outside)
