MY HATS OFF TO YOU! What a pain in the butt. I dont think I've ever worked this hard on a car before and I've restored several cars from the frame up! All the compound angles to cut/grind and welds, Oh especially the upside down welding, what a joy, everyone needs to do that at least once in their life time.

To add to all this, I had 2 broken body mount bolts and guess where... Yup I had to take the inner wells out and I'll probably scratch the paint (they are pained the body color) when I go to reinstall them. Now I know why I've been putting this project off for 2 years!

Lee... lot of fun isnt it !! .. lol .. I do a couple a year now, We started bending our own tube also. It makes it much easier when you have two people. We can get a 10 pt. cut, bent and atleast tacked if not fully welded in a day now.

I'm not sure I'll ever do this again, I'll make that decision once I'm done and it passes tech!
