I have a 408 BBC with a duel tunnel ram. 450 holleys. When i come to a somewhat quick stop it wants to stumble a bit right before i come to a stop. Its a 4 speed car just for referance. I usually give it a little goose and it comes back up. I was just wondering if i needed to adjust my floats or what?

I think you might be right. If the float(s) were too high it might slosh into the intake and cause your stumble.
Good Luck!

just undid the screw and the brass screw is almost bottomed out maybe have a quarter of a turn. should i back it out some? I think every holley ive ever had has shown at least 3 threads.

Rear float is probably high as mentioned, even if you run it to the bottom of the sight as your "supposed" to. I go slightly lower than the sight, and fixes that stall problem..
I set up a friends T-buckets with a tunnel and 2 450 Holleys. Runs Great! Make sure both carbs are syncronized, mixture screws set even, etc. Very very respsonsive, no real hesiation. I would like to try bigger squirters or up the jets a tocuh, but b/c it runs so nice he won't let me touch it anymore!

Are the carbs in-line or sideways mounted?
