has anyone ever used the blank slot where the shift indicator would be with an automatic trans. and col. shift? i've got a 69 and it's near impossible to find clocks for these cars. at least at a reasonable price. i decided to put a vacuum gauge in the clock hole but i'd like to fit a clock in somewhere. what do you think?

Dakota Digital will put a vacuum florecent digital clock in ANY bezel you send them. I bought the Dakota Digital dash for my 67 and sent them the console clock. Just something else totally stupid to spend money on robably but I think it will help tie the hi-tec new in with the resto original of what I'm building.

that's a great idea. it's pretty small but should show up well. the gear indicator read out did.
