I posted this over in Engine Forum, but no response so maybe some interest here???

Ordered set of AFR 210 heads with solid cam springs, 400 steam holes, and coolant ports drilled direct from AFR.

Delivery was 7.5 weeks (about what they stated on order)

I took them to local speed shop for some flow numbers etc. I'm pretty happy.

.100 65 51
.200 131 106
.300 194 143
.400 240 175
.500 270 202
.550 276 213
.600 279 218
.650 277 220
.700 274 223

Intake and exhaust respectively.

Intake 207 cc
Exhaust 73 cc
Combustion Chamber 76.4 cc

Valve seat sealing checked good.

Other than the head being a bit dirty (aluminum flash throughout), it was better than my expectations.

Should be a slight increase in HP over my stock 300 HP heads. smile.gif

L48M20, I have the same heads on my supercharged 383 with the CNC chamber and 3/4 CNC port work. Its nice to some real numbers back up the advertised numbers.

I am still sorting out my combination but I expect these heads will take my street combo to the 11.5 - 11.7 range once I get it all tuned in and put some real tires on it.

Thanks for the feedback on the heads.

I use that same head on my 355" SB in my S/G Vega. My heads are 8 years old now. They flowed nearly identically on the intake but slightly more on the exhaust. On a 14.2-1 roller cammed 355" motor on alcohol, they go 9.15-9.25 @ 146mph. in a 2300lb. car. Nice heads for the price.
