I am thinking about getting a front power brake setup from Matts Classic Bowties. This kit comes with the 11" booster. So today I checked my vaccume and I have 13 is that enough for this kit or do you recomend a different booster? If so please list it.

13 inches at idle and in gear? If so, that's fine. I've had decent brakes with the vacuum as low as 10 inches.

Never tried it in gear. just park. So did I do it wrong? Since I got that in park is that good or bad?
