just purchased mt first chevelle, a 64 ss and would like to put seat belts in. any help on where to purchase correct style belts, and install pointers would be great. thanks.........

64's came with the old style painted metal buckle. Had a round, silver Chevy bowtie in the middle about the size of a nickle or quarter. AFAIK, no one reproduces them so swap meets, junk yards or ebay may be the only source for the buckle portion.

There might be threaded holes already in the floor pan. Pull back the carpet and have a look.
