I've got a 383 shortblock(11.1 comp./64cc 6" H-beam rods-4140 crank). Lookin' to make around 450-500HP , not sure what heads,non-roller cam,intake to use. Would also like to spray it in the future

With 11:1, you'll need a rather large cam to run pump gas. I wouldn't use any cam smaller than 300º adv dur on the intake.
