: lunati cams special order time frame tlowe Feb 15th, 05, 4:33 PM i guess this is dirrected at UDHarold, i special ordered a 285/295 solid roller on small base for sbc about 2 weeks ago. do you know how much of a backlog there is on cams like this? i am only getting ansious to put my motor together and get it dyno'd. hpe to make at least 500hp/torque. thanks. UDHarold Feb 15th, 05, 5:20 PM My guess is that they are waiting for a small-base-circle core. Was this cam with the .556" valve lift, or the .645" valve lift? Jay just told me they are waiting for some more for the higher-valve-lift profiles. I'll check in the shop tomorrow, but they all leave around 4 PM CST.
