I am wiring my 68 Chevelle with hidden wipers. The wiper motor itself has three terminals...one power from fuse block, one that goes from the switch to the internal relay terminal and the other one goes from the switch to i dont know where. My switch has three terminals....one for the washer pump and the other two to go to the wiper motor. I believe the ground is a thin metal strip that goes from the motor housing down to a grommet and and grounds through the bolt that mounts the wiper motor to the cowl/firewall.

I am trying to figure out how this circuit/wiper motor works and which wire goes where. How are the different speeds obtained. How does the relay work. ETC, ETC

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
