Well of course the brands I get the biggest discount on dont make a serpentine pulley kit for a 454 (In Aluminum) If you guys know of a good price on a set, or in singles prefferabley because I dont need the AC pulley, please let me know a couple makers for a good price. Anyone run serpentine belts/ pulleys? I never have... really want to.

How'd a budget buildup turn into blowing an easy grand on a serpentine system?

Serpentine pulleys are only a couple hundred bucks for a set through summit, even cheaper some places. Im not looking for some preemo grade A drag pulleys smile.gif Just nice serp. Aluminum cheapies.

Sorry Phil. What pulleys/accessories will you be using? Also, what brackets do you need? Lastly, are you looking to run a true serpentine single belt system or more like the stock v-belt setup but with a 6 rib "serpentine" style belt?

Just anything larger than the small belt pulley's. I might end up getting the little standard ones. I guess it would be the 6 rib style. I think they look alot nicer, and then theres the whole "free's up extra HP" thing, belt slipage, etc. Basically it looks nice. graemlins/thumbsup.gif

I need to find a reman. Powersteering pump w/ res. also, I need pulleys for the crank, waterpump, Alt, and power steering. I think thats it.
