I was hoping to shoot the firewall and frame today outside but possible rain in the forecast. Would it be alright to apply the DP90 to the seams so I can get the seam sealer out of the way while working inside? It appears to be non sanding and I was wondering about adhesion and brush marks.....

Yes. Just don't go over-board with it and you should be fine.
If you're just brushing it into the seams, it will eventually be covered by seam sealer, correct? Then why worry about brush streaks?

As long as the metal is sanded good and its clean you wont have adhesion problems.
Ive never brushed DPLF but I brushed some SPI epoxy using those small acid brushes and it looked like crap! It was getting covered up by a new boxside so I could care less what the epoxy looked like. But if it was in a seen area I would atleast use foam brushes.
If I remember right SPI suggests NO reducer to be used when brushing, I would also say that might hold true with the PPG epoxy as well...Eric
