Robert,in all honesty, stick with just a plain 'ole 3310..you'll be glad you did.I run one on my car,and it picked well at the track vs. my untuned 750 double pumper..not much, but enough for me not to need a 1.83 60 ft. to get in the 12's again smile.gif
The Proform body hasn't worked well with 3310's from what I remember people posting..do a search.

I have that exact set up with a 3310 with the Proform mail body. I havent had any problem other than a hesitation , but I had the hesitation with the orginal horn main body. I think the Proform flows air better and I like the down leg booster becasue they go into the ventura on a angle instead of straight across. The only down side is not having a choke. This isnt a problem for me because I dont run the car in the cold and I have a heated garage. So in the winter when I start it up its not fight the cold. Post a reply if you need more info.

Robert,I just remembered you mentioned in a previous post you have 2.73's
You might want to hold unto your 850 and put it back on when you change gears..its not that its too big for your 454,its too much for 2.73's..the motor will never rev quick enough to use all that carb..even on my car with 2.73's I shift at 5000 rpms (even though my cam's powerband is 2-6K) because reving it higher doesn't help due to the "lazy" gear, proably why the vacuum 3310 works better on my combo vs. the double pumper. Now put 3.90's in your car,and you'd love that 850 graemlins/thumbsup.gif
