A guy I know is wanting to sell his Holley 750 dp for $110 out of his Corvette. I've driven the car and runs great with the 396. Has the air horn milled off too. Was wondering if this was a good carb for a 383 with 10.9 to 1 comp and a xe284 cam, 4-speed and 3.90 gears in a 3300lb Nova. Wanting to run some nos later, so it has forged pistons. Thanks.
Sounds like it should work great. Price isn't bad either. Good luck! graemlins/thumbsup.gif

I agree with LXS. GM builds a 383/425 hp engine that uses a 750 Demon. Here are just some of the details on that engine:
GM's testing was completed using a GM single plane intake, P/N 12496822 and a 750 CFM Demon carburetor with mechanical secondaries. Test header specs are: 1 3/4" primaries, 33 inches long with 4-inch collectors.

Very similar to my combo. Should be fine with the 3.9 gear.
