i'm getting ready to purchase a set of 5/16" pushrods for my street/strip chevelle.so far i'm torn between the manleys and the proforms.i'm trying to get a one piece hardened chromemoly pushrod with .080"wall thickness.so far the manleys are in the lead with price verses quality.it seems prices on these suckers have increased lately.is it possible to find a quality set for less than 75.00? anyone know of any bargains that don't suffer from poor quality manufacturing? thanx

Make sure you have the length figured out first.

Trickflow has a real nice pushrod available in whatever length you need (.050" increments). I use them on my motor with springs that measure 250 on the seat and 700 open. They go for around 85 bucks.

I've used the Trick Flow pushrods as well with good success in my solid roller 383 SBC. They'll likely find their way in the new 445 SBC as well.
BTW. These are .080" wall, one-piece, 4130 chromoly pushrods.
