66 chevelle two door htp
I bought a door glass left side soft ray replaement. It had so much bow in it that it would not seal against the rubber on rear 1/4 glass.
I called vendor and he sent another one with no problem.
This one at the top needs to be trimmed at the top in order to line up wo overlap. Anybody know a vendor with a door glass that fits?

If the bow in the glass matches the bow in the quarter glass, you should be able to adjust the rest to fit. There is a ton of adjustment on the glass. If you don't have the body by fisher manual, it is well worth the investment.

As Gary mentioned, adjust it to fit. If the glass is to tall then adjust the window stops that control the height of the glass in the door when it is all the way up. If you've been swapping windows you should have seen the stops already.

I guess if the curve of your glass isn't right, you have the wrong glass. I've never tried to buy aftermarket door glass, but there is plenty of original glass around. 98% (or more) of original glass is going to have some scratches in it, so prepare yourself for that scenario. All GM A-body 2 dr HT door glass is the same so don't limit your search for only Chevelle glass. Tempest, Lemans, Cutlass Skylark all will fit. There are salvage yards around the country that specialize in A-body cars. Sloans is one.
