Okey racers, how about a ball park size for pri/sec jets in a 950 Proform (holley) carb for racing. Tell me what sizes you wound up with after you went to the track and dialed in your car. I've got a 461 BBC in a light weight 68 Chevelle (3050 w/driver). The Proform came with 76/86 jets. Thanks graemlins/clonk.gif

If you do the math and 950 cfm is about what you need, start with what it came with. If your running an MSD, the plugs will look lean but if its not popping its fine. I would foul plugs in the pits after making a pass where the plugs looked lean, went back to stock pri. jets and 2 sizes larger seconds and went faster with no fouling.
