Can anyone tell me what I will need to change over to disc brakes? This is on a 70 Malibu. Currently I have the (factory) drum brakes with a power booster. Will this booster work with disc brakes? And is there anything else I will need other than the spindles and brake assy? For right now I am just going to do the front.
Thanks in Advance

The booster will work, but there is a rod between the booster and master cylinder that may be different. If you want to do it correct, you will need the proportioning valve located under the master cylinder and the block on the rear crossmember that is specific to 1970 disc brake cars only. You also need the correct hard lines which you can get anywhere.
If you want to cheat a little, you can get a combination valve off any 1971-1980 GM car with disc brakes, fab up your own lines and make it work so long as you connect them properly.
