Not sure where to post this question, so I'll go with the most general. I'm replacing all the parts in my 70 (not going for stock, tho) and I hate to bolt the new parts in with old bolts and nuts. Where do I go to get new parts for everything? Specifically for the moment is suspension bolts for all the new parts that I've got.
Thanks,
Mike

most parts houses sell bolt kits for the front ends. by that i mean the bolts for fenders, inner fenders, front valance, and so on. the only suspension bolts i can think of would be for the control arms and for the center link. for those i would just go to the local hardware store.

I know goodmark sells a kit that contains every nut, bolt and clip all individually packaged and labeled. It is kinda expensive but it is so much easier than going back and forth to the parts store to find what you need. Thats what we bought when we did my husbands 72. It was about $180 but well worth it.

Most of the supply houses like Ground Up or NPD sell proper replacement hardware like you are looking for. If you substitute hardware store variety fasteners, make sure they are the same grade as what you are replacing. You wouldn't want grade 3 fasteners holding your steering linkage together.

I bought the master body fastener kit from NPD, around $180, definately worth it. Bumper bolts, hood, fender, trim, moldings, etc. all nicely packaged and labled.

I've bought a ton of bolts and such from AMK Products. So far they've had everything I needed. Here's their site: http://www.amkproducts.com/
Prices seem good to me too. Only thing is you have spend up to a certain amount. I thing it was like $30.00. You can't buy just a $2 part and have it shipped.
