Other than the width difference will the 70 12 bolt direct fit into the 65? Also, how about my 65 10 bolt into a 68. The only thing that I found different is the upper control arms are a different length. thanx

you are correct with both. you will have a terrible time putting tires with any width in it though. poor wheelwell design. tom

Thanx, I actually fit a P245/60R-15 on an 8 in Chrome rally (good rear offset) with the orig 10 bolt on the 65 with approx 1 inch clearance on the outer wheel wells, I'll lose most of that with the later 12 bolt though.

you will need about a 5" back spacing to comfortable fit those same tires. tom
