On my 72 chevelle what would be the best upgrade on a limited budget to get rid of some of the body roll? Front sway bar? Rear sway bar? Springs? Shocks? Any size recommendations? I don't have a lot of money to spend right now, but I need to do somthing. I'm not going to be racing a road course, but I want to go around a corner without feeling like its going to tip over. Any ideas would be appreciated.
Thanks
Steve

For the most bang for the buck, sway bars are the best upgrade. I wouldn't add a rear bar until you upgrade the front bar to a larger size. Good handling tires (with stiffer sidewalls) will be a great compliment to a pair of sway bars. A good street combo is a 1-1/8" bar up front and a 1" bar in back.

Somewhat stiffer springs, good shocks, smaller sidewall, wider tires that are performance oriented, and a set of good front and rear sway bars, boxed rear arms, and if possible a lower car.

That should put you into a more modern feeling car..

Hopefully, someone will point you to the correct years, ect. but "F" body cars have a 1-1/4" front bar that pretty cheap and bolts right in.
