Going to replace my tach this weekend in my 71 Chevelle since it went TU on me!!!! I am alittle scared about cracking into the dash / Insturment Panel and would appreciate any and all advice and pointers to complete this safely (for the car). I bought a reproduction from GroundUp (5500 RL) since the one in my car was a reproduction anyway!!

I have a factory 1971 Assembly Manual but it is not the best (or I am not comprehending properly). Pics would also be great if possible.
