went to the doc on saturday for a follow up on my physical. i drove the 72 sprint, i get there and there is a convertable 68 camaro, a 69 nova and a 68 dart gts, all in way better shape than my ride. so as i walk to the office, i figure i'll have some bros. to b.s. with while i'm waiting.

i walk in, and there isn't a guy in the place. i figure maybe they're already in the back, having what ever done. so i'm sitting there and a girl walks out, blonde, maybe 19 or 20, absolute knock out, wearing a stripped dress like the ladies wore back in the 40's, she walks out and gets in the dart and leaves.

several minutes later another girl comes out of the office, petite, but definately a tom boy, she hops in the 68 convert and pulls away.

as i'm walking out to leave after my appt. i see another young girl getting into the nova, she's definately early 20's, as she turns to get in the nova, she gives me a thumbs up, and aptly does a great burnout the driveway, smoking the tires for a real decent distance.

had to smile, thought i'd be spending the morning tradin lies with some breathin, but was glad these cars were being appreciated by somebody you'd expect to be driving econo boxes.....

...it was all a dream...time to wake up :D

:D just think about all those poor guys working ...... while the lady's are out enjoying the day :)

got my best buddies daughter revved up to help me get the Camaro rebuilt. She wants to learn and hey I can use the help! well, okay, me and the guy who owns the great garage where I am taking her to be finished.

it seems to be a trend around here. lots of mustangs and el camino's. the 65 ford i just sold, i bought off a 20 year old girl and sold it to a 17 year old girl. i have the 72 sprint up for sale, i've had about a dozen people look at it, 5 of them were girls under 25. recently i've seen a lot more young girls driving mopars, along with gt 3000's, which are making a huge comeback around here....

My Daughter just bought a used 2006 Toyo Corolla and I told her today , that if my car didn't scare her once it's on the road, she would love all 550 BB 4-speed, posi-, hp!!

I really don'y understand it, but the young ladies of today LOVE Classics.

A couple of years ago I am sitting in front of the TV and hear a car start that amazingly sounds like my 69 Camaro. I jump up and look out the window and there is my 19 year old Daughter revving up the car for her three female friends who are alll oohing and aahing like a bunch of teen age boys in my day.

You tell me what it is all about!

I think that's awesome that younger gals are into the classic cars, not to mention pretty hot. Most of the guys that age are driving fast and furious kind of cars, maybe women really are smarter than men.
