how desirable is a 1969 SS396 Elcamino no motor no trans project car solid floors all there power windows. picked it up at an auction wanted the parts that were stacked in the box any tell tale signs other than badging to verify its real. i believe it is. it has the big block steering shaft & all the right badging & a 12 bolt haven't cleaned it up yet will know more later today.
