I recently purchased a 670 Street Avenger for my 66 El Camino running a 383 stroker with an Edelbrock preformer intake and a turbo 350 transmission. I decided yesterday to install it, but came up with a minor few problems. I'm not one for reinventing the wheel, so I have a few questions.
1. The kickdown cable hookup to the carb, what bracket to use ?? Holley has one P/N 20-45, Holley also has a part called a "Transmission Kickdown Throttle Linkage" P/N 20-35 has anyone used these parts in there installation or something else ????
2. I'm planning to use the same throttle linkage that the 66 came with, is there any problems with that ???.
If any of you have done this I would realley like some feedback or e-mail your phone# and I will call.
Thanks Rudy
