If you have an item for sale and it does not sell, then you relist it immediately... Do you get charged for 2 listing fees or do they wave the first fee when it sells the second time around?

They waive the listing fee if it sells the second time. But you can only do it once. If it does not sell the second time and you relist it again, you will have to pay the listing fee.
