After trying 3 different rims, I finally got a pair that work. They are 15 x 8 with a 3 3/4" back space. I still have almost an inch of space between the tire and outer fender. Tires are MT Drag Slicks 15 x 10 x 26. I can't wait to run them...:thumbsup:

I think you'll like them frank. I recently swapped to a set of MT ET street drag radials on my 69. They're sticky even at room temperature. Why not taller to help your rollout though? Like a 27 or 28 they'd fit easily without mods.
