Hope someone can point me in the right direction. The drivers side tail lights work fime. The passenger side barke and blinker do not light up at all. If I turn the light on the tail light does light up but no brake or blinker. I have replaced the bulb and disassembled and the wiring looks ok to my eyes. Any ideas?

I would get a volt meter and start checking to see where the voltage stops or starts. Start at the tail light and work your way back up the wiring harness.

It sounds like a grounding problem. This is very common in old cars. Sometimes the car gets ground through the bulb and back to the source, but because of the resistance of the bulbs, the ground side is lower potential and looks like ground. It's all to wierd to explain but, get a multimeter and be sure there is a solid ground (not 200 or 500 Ohms) from the frame to the bulb housing. My money says it will light right up when the ground gets good. Try using a jumper from the bulb socket directly to ground and see if things change. Also remove the bulb and get rid of any corision inside the socket. You might also post this in the Electrical and Wiring forum.
Good Luck
