hey guys...I can recall a few months ago, someone posted how they sent in 30 year old headers, and got a brand new pair because they were gauranteed not to ever rust out. I am pretty sure they were the blackjack-aluma coat headers. well...those are the same ones I have on my chevelle right now, they are rusted out and I was wondering if anyone remembers who posted that, so I could try and call the company and get a new pair of headers. Or if anyone else knows who I should contact it would be a great help. Thanks in advance! graemlins/beers.gif

you could look up Process Coatings in Croswell Michigan they insulated mine and recoated exterior surface for 260 dollars. my headers were all rust to the point of junk almost. they came out very well with a flat chrome finish.i was pleased.

I dont even know if they could work with my headers cause they are completely rusted through in some places, and have surface rust all over. I wish I could remember the guys name who originally posted this topic, but like an idiot I didnt write down all the information the first time. graemlins/clonk.gif
