Second one does have some option codes on the tag.
Group 1, W = A31 Tinted Windshield ONLY
Group2, M = M35 Powerglide, G = D55 Floor Console, S = U73 Rear Antenna

You have a post in this forum saying you just bought a 138 car without a cowl tag.....is there some trickery going on here?
Do you want to make one up for the car you bought and you are looking for information on cowl tags or are you looking at switching cowl tags??

No, I bought a race car w/o cowl tags thats going to stay a race car since the cowl is missing.... In the meantime I have bought a lot of original parts for a 66 SS that I need to use. Id like to find a nice optioned out car that I can build. These two cars are on EBAY and are near me. No I dont play that game, and if I needed I could just spend $225 at Trimtags.com instead of destroying a perfectly good SS body.
