Are swaybars heat treated?
Are they just a big bar of mild steel?
The reason I ask is that my front sway bar is in the way of the tire I want to run. I was thinking I could heat it up and bend it to change it's path?
If I can't heat it up and bend it what are my other options?
It's on a 69 Camaro.
Yes I know it's a Chevelle website but a swaybar is a swaybar with respect to what it's made out of :)
The problem.....
