Not speaking for Harold but IMO...I would think you would get better info quicker by calling Holley directly...Harold doesn't work in accounts receivable.

That isn't really an issue for UDHarold but rather for Holley/Lunati.

Sorry about that. Tomorrow I'll look into to the problem. After I take an order, it goes out of my hands, but I'll find out what happened.

Bill,

Steve and I discussed it today. I had given the order to Steve to process---My computer isn't hooked into that system, only salesmen's.
Steve agreed it had been cancelled, but Holley had already billed for it, as is their custom.
He said he would do the steps to re-credit your account.
I hope this is satisfactory.....

I have to say Harold - You are the best! I can't believe that you actually took your time as the CAM designer to help resolve a cutomer service issue. It's your caring attitude even above your knowledge that has led me to order one of your CAMS. I am told it will be here next week.
