looking to install the eibach pro kit 1.3'' lowering springs will I need to change my shocks because of the 1.3'' drop if so what is the part # for bilstein shocks front and rear

No will not have to due to bottoming out issues. You can use the stock shocks up until 2"-3" drop I think. If you have the cash handy for the shocks though, go for it.

already bought the bilstein shocks and hotchkis sway bars
