I recently replaced all of the brake line on my '67 with new S/S lines, I've been trying to bleed the system and discovered that the new S/S lines running from the front prop. valve back to the rear cross member support location has a pin hole in it about mid way back at one of the slight bends, its so small you need a magnifying glass to see it, so far I only found one. Is there any way to fit this or do I need to replace the line?

You need to replace the line, period. Brake lines are the kind of thing you don't "fix", as the fix will fail at the worst possible time.

You could splice in a double flare union at the leak.
Be warned however...double flaring stainless lines by hand can be "fun". :(
