Alright, had a fuel leak on the carb so we took it off to replace the diaphram, in the process discovering there had been a vacuum leak cause the carb was slightly loose on the intake.
Its likely it was loose last time we set the timing, do I need to reset it?
Pretty sure the carb needs retuning graemlins/angry.gif
Also something seems off with the tranny now, the 700R4 is shifting about 2-3 MPH later than before and is a bitch about downshifting 2-1. Instead it just opens the secondaries... sigh...
Sometimes I wish I didn't give a damn about those lil barely noticeable power losses.
Oh, and the chrome thermostat housing decided to blast water and coolant everywhere through a small hole even though its only a year old.
