I have pulled the engine and while cleaning the engine compartment I saw that the steering box has three bolts (not power steering) and on the box two arrows pointing at one bolt and it says check lube
what i want to know is how much lube and what kind of lube
and better yet how to put the lube in....... Ha

Use a good grade of lithium based chassis grease. Remove one side cover bolt and add grease. Do NOT overfill the box. Leave some space for grease to expand when things heat up underhood.
