I removed the th350 and small block from my 69 Chevelle last weekend and separate the engine from the tranny. Will the tranny be damaged if it sits in my garage without any fluid in it for the next 4 weeks? Any precautions I should take to ensure that the transmission isn't damage due to sitting unused?

your trans will be just fine.....just make sure you have all the holes covered up...trannies at the shop sit for months with no fluids in them..your good to go
