Wow, that is one bad ass looking paint job!!! My Chevelle is the same color. The Chevelle is called Sierra Fawn, but looks pretty much the same. Nice job man, keep up the good work and keep the pictures coming!!!

I enjoyed the pic in your signature, Todd. Nice work and I like that color on your 64. In answer to your question about the interior, mine is the original semi-gloss black (about 60%) with flat black (0%) on the dash top and rear package tray rail. The dash pad and package tray vinyl cover most of the flat black, except right against the glass. I started to paint the interior satin black (about 30%), but that didn't look correct compared to the original. Now my car is at the paint shop (for the past 6 months) getting an original ermine white color job, plus interior, trunk and engine bay. I thought about changing the color, but couldn't decide on anything other than white. Hope it's coming home for assembly in about 3 weeks. Looking forward to seeing your car on the road, being from Sacto myself.

Thanks for all the compliments!! The body shop did an excellent job in very little time. I thought this color was a bit risky, wasn't sure how it would look on the car. I was going back and forth between Silver, Marina Blue and Gold. This Ash Gold color is definately a little different than most golds you see, it seems to have a slight hint of green in it. I like the color, but I'm not sure I love it, but either way the car is going to look sweet in the end!! Final assembly starts in a week and should be wrapped up in a month or two...i'll keep the pics coming. Thanks again everyone.

Nice to see something a little different then red or white! I am leaning toward the old Evening Orchid on my 65, when I re-do the bodywork. You have picked a nice color
