Hello all,

I have a few more pics to post but I am out of space in the showroom......is there any way I can get more room or do I have to take the other pics down before I post new?

Any help is appreciated!!

The personal showroom is for pics that stay on the server and are not deleted unless you remove them. Most members use links in their sigs to show the pics. The temporary showroom has a 100k limit and the pics you uploaded are in the 150-175k range so somehow they snuck in. For pics that you already taken just resize them to less than 100k. For any new pics that you take, change the setting on your camera. Most cameras have a email setting, use that and the pics will be smaller. I keep all my pics around the 60k range. As you can see even though the pic is smaller in byte size they look about the same as a bigger pic on the computer screen. Most computers come with some type of photo editing software on them ( I used Adobe Photo Deluxe Home Edition 3.0 that came already installed on my computer to resize this pic ) to edit photos so you don't need anything fancy to do it. Hope this helps.

To get more space you need to resize like undee said. I read awhile back that Al was thinking about allowing more space for a slightly higher charge but it has been awhile since I saw that. The other way is to get a gold member account (waiting list) so you have more bytes.

I went to the members showroom area and searched for his name but it wasn't there, how did you find it? All I found were was the pics he had in the tempory showroom.

The showrooms listings are case sensitive so what I did is copied his login name and added it to the end of the

You got mail smile.gif . I grabbed(copied) your pics and with a quick resave they are all now under a 100k each and if you swap the ones I emailed you with the ones in your showroom you will have some more space. HTH

Thank you so much for all the effort, I appreciate it!!

With your help, I figured out what I was doing wrong........I was saving the pics at 100% quality. I backed it down to 90% and the files were cut to 1/3 thier original size. This gives me room for about 16 pics!! Check out the new ones when you have a minute!!
