Some horsepower freaks got together today and called Sallee Chevrolet. Rumor has it they just ordered a Ramjet 502 to stuff in to a 70 chevelle SS. Rock valley TPI fuel pump is here, needs to be installed in tank, Tube Tech is fabbing up some fuel lines as we speak. The DTS 12 bolt rear end is in place complete with eaton posi and 3.08 gear set. (anybody need a 10 bolt 3.70 posi with a '68 ish date code?) We got some hooker ceramic coated headers, a 6 quart oil pan to fit the chevelle, and pretty much everthing else already comes on the motor. This is gonna be awesome fellas!!!! graemlins/hurray.gif
We know we have to trim the hood supports a bit, but otherwise this oughta be a trauma free install. The Turbo 400 is in great shape, with a new rebuild and a TCI saturday night special converter. Those 255/60/15 BFG's don't stand a chance now. Wish me luck! graemlins/thumbsup.gif
