When your rocker stud holes protrude into your intake ports..............chase the threads.Same probably goes for the plug holes.I just spent over an hour fishing little shards of aluminum off the intake valves of my new Canfields.Or just read the instructions that come with them.Jeez.........glad I looked down in there.
