Quick question.......Seemed to be running real good......took it out this morning with no problems......went down to a friends a few hours later and gave it a good shot when leaving his house.....full throttle first , second and into third.....just after his road is the entrance to my road, hit the brakes and made my turn ....while driving down my street it seemed to be running rough....it's running on all 8 but as I pulled into my driveway it stalled....it never stalls....fired back up not that easy and idled fine.....went to park it a bit later thinking everything was OK....it did it again.....plugs look good and float levels are also right on....I would think if I broke something it would be missing.....I did notice my throttle linkage jammed but I dont think that was the problem ....if anything that would have made it high idle not low......gas tank was 100% drained and put some fresh in today.....it almost seems to be running real fat.....anyway's looking for some ideas....Thanks......

Might be the PV? I had the same thing once and that was it. Worth a look.

Sometimes when you hit the brakes hard you can throw a lot of fuel out the bowl vents.
Drive it again and see if it goes away.

something caught in the needle valve letting it run a bit rich?

..what Robert said..sounds like dirt in the needle/seat

Thanks guy's.....I get out of work at 5:00 today ...I will take it for a burn and see if it clears up....if not I will pull the carb off and give it a cleaning.....I'm nervous I may have hurt something....

Took it for a good burn.....reset the idle and it seems better....I am gonna pull the carb off tonight and clean it anyway.....I'm also gonna take some jet out.....runs like it's pissed off so I didnt break anything graemlins/beers.gif graemlins/beers.gif
