Camaro's and Nova's are fairly interchangable.

I recently did a 70 nova my self and used a brake system for a 71 model disc brake set up with no problems.

68-74 Nova
67-72 Chevelle
67-69 camaro
all these cars have the same brakes, but the 68 and earlier cars will have 4 piston calipers, and 69 and newer will have single piston calipers.
i think even brake boosters and master cylinders are the same on all these cars, so there are a lot of donor cars out there.
or do like i did on my 71 and run early 90's C4 Corvette 12" front brakes on stock spindles with easily fabricated brackets and a non power master cylinder from a 77 Chevelle. stopped great with not very much pedal effort.
