need to know if anybody can tell me if the stamping on the rally wheels can be id, the stamping reads k-1-7,also got them bead blasted to paint them and notice a lot of over spray from the primer sealer im using its from a spray can and i hope i dont have the same problem when i get to spray then with paint any help will be greatly appriciated as to what primer works better and if i can get the paint from any auto parts stores the silver one. thanks john.

If you want to know what they are off of-this is just a date code you have listed-check by where the valve stem goes on the front side of the rim-should be a 2 letter code-then I can help you-sometimes they are faint-may have to sand the area to see them -keep on cruising-Dave.

A friend and I joke around about those wheels. The FW stands for F&@%ing Worthless.
Probably the most common 15 X 7 Rally wheels made. Found on a ton of Monte Carlos in the 70's. They're worth the bare minimum for Rally wheels. Extremely Common.
I'd say between $15-30 per wheel bare.

thanks for the laugh needed that after a hard day at work,im sure they will look pretty good after a good primer and paint job any ideas as to what primer to us and paint if its available at the auto parts stores.keep the laughs coming thanks John.

K = Kelsey-Hayes, mfr.
1 = Chevrolet
7 = year, 67 or 77
I think there are also, sometimes, some date codes on the inside band that would normally be hidden by the tire. if that makes any sense.

This wheel wasn't made in 1967.
Maybe a 15x6 or a 14", but I've never heard of a 15x7 in 1967
