I want to convert a non a/c car to an a/c car. Problem is that I cannot find the interior parts anywhere. Thus I turn to the members for help. I am looking for an a/c dash housing including the 2 side vents, the side vents, the center vent, all the ducting and the temp control panel. As a side note, I placed a few "wanted" ads. No luck.

I would be grateful for any help or direction or referral.

I have the exact same plan for my 66!

My biggest concern was the larger opening in the firewall and I wanted to have a donar car for a sample. So, I spent a long time looking for another 66 chevelle/elky with factory air...finally found one and dragged it home.

I haven't started the task yet, but having every single original piece in its original installation is going to be helpful -- as opposed to buying all the pieces here and there and then making the modifications without a sample.
Keep us posted on your progress. I'd love to see some pictures as you progress.

Thanks for the Don't suppose you have a 67 doner a/c car in your driveway do ya?

As you probably know, the 66 will not fit a 67. So my search continues. If you happen across any of the parts, please let me know.
